DELIVERY TIMES

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging your purchase. If you don't find it in your inbox, kindly check your SPAM folder.

Shipping details will be sent to you once your items are dispatched via Indonesian Post and DHL depending on the country.

We appreciate your understanding of any potential delays due to the manual creation process. Once your order leaves our atelier, you'll receive an email from us confirming shipment along with a registration number to track your order. Some of our pieces are made to order please allow up to four weeks for your order to be crafted, hallmarked, and shipped.

Please provide us with correct address and shipping information as we can not be responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.

SHIPPING COST

 

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and will be detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.

The shipping price does not include any customs or duty charges that may be incurred in shipping outside Indonesia. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.
