Refund policy

FAULTY ITEMS AND RETURNS POLICY:

At Pez Studio, we uphold uncompromising standards for product excellence. Please note that all returned pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging. While our items undergo thorough checks before leaving our studio, in the rare event of receiving a faulty product, we assure you a swift resolution—be it through exchange or repair. Faulty items eligible for resolution due to manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery by sending details and images as evidence to info@pezstudio.com.

Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or equivalent), as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that damages due to wear and tear, accidents, mishandling, or tarnishing won't be considered as faults. Repair services may be extended for eligible items; however, repairs aren't guaranteed and may entail fees for shipping and associated costs.

In addition, all our pieces are handmade, with a meticulous focus on each unique detail. Our products may contain imperfections and particularities that make each piece unrepeatable. Refunds are not offered for these particularities, as they are integral to the design and irregular finish of our pieces. Please take this into account before making a purchase.

Due to the ergonomics of some of our pieces, it may not be possible to produce them in certain sizes. To initiate an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, and the original labels must be included.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for earrings, pierced jewelry, or hair clips due to hygiene reasons. Every piece must be sent back unworn. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. 

All sales of items with special discounts or items purchased with a coupon code are not subject to exchange or refund.

Pez Studio reserves the right to refuse a return if all the conditions mentioned above are not met. In such cases, you will be notified by email that your order is not eligible for return.
