Where do you ship from?
Your orders are shipped from our workshop in Bali, Indonesia.
How long does it take to deliver?
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging your purchase. If you don't find it in your inbox, kindly check your SPAM folder.
Shipping details will be sent to you once your items are dispatched via Indonesian Post and DHL depending on the country.
We appreciate your understanding of any potential delays due to the manual creation process. Once your order leaves our studio, you'll receive an email from us confirming shipment along with a registration number to track your order. Some of our pieces are made to order please allow up to four weeks for your order to be crafted, hallmarked, and shipped.
Please provide us with correct address and shipping information as we can not be responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.

What is the shipping cost?
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and will be detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
Every customer receives a shipping notification once the parcel leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update.
Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
Duties & Taxes?
Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
International orders might be subject to duties and taxes which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the customer. All orders are shipped from our studio in Bali, Indonesia.
Pez studio does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
